ABOUT WINE

• Harvest: 2023
• DOP Somontano, Huesca, Spain
• Variety: 100% Red Grenache
• Aging: In stainless steel for 4 months until bottling.
• Graduation: 12% Vol.
• Presentation: 0.75 L

VINEYARD

Vineyards on brown-limestone soils with a sandy-loam texture, irrigated with water from the melting snow of the Pyrenees mountains. The Garnacha grape is grown in the town of Olvena. Green pruning and manual thinning are carried out to regulate the production of the vines and obtain the best grapes for winemaking.

ELABORATION

The grapes are harvested a few days before they are fully ripe to preserve the freshness and acidity that are present and characteristic of this wine. After obtaining the must resulting from a very gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature for 14 days. At this point it is racked and the wine will remain for 4 months on its fine lees until bottling.

TASTING

Characteristic orange colour with golden highlights. Wine with aromas of orange blossom, white flowers and citrus. Pleasant acidity on the palate with flavours of red fruits such as strawberry and a fresh finish.
