Can I exchange the clothes purchased at Vicky Bargalló?
If you are not satisfied once you receive the purchase, you can change the size within 14 days of receipt.
To proceed with your change you must verify that your order meets the following conditions:
- The garment must not be worn or washed.
- The garment must not be personalized.
- It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received.
You must contact us through our email info@vickybargallo.com or through the Customer Service telephone number +34644313811 within 14 days from the date you received the order.
Garment changes are the responsibility of the client.
Garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received or that have been used and washed beyond simply opening the item will not be exchanged or returned. Changes cannot be made to products in the Outlet section.
Can I exchange one item for another?
Remember that you can make size changes for the same item or for other items, paying the price difference if necessary.
If the product is not available, the amount of the garment will be refunded.
Can I return items purchased at Vicky Bargalló?
The deadline for any return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
If once you receive the purchase you are not satisfied, a return can be made, or if the item has a defect or manufacturing defect. To do this, you must contact us immediately through our email info@vickybargallo.com or through the Customer Service telephone number +34644313811, indicating the damage you suffer.
All items have been carefully checked before shipping to prevent these types of situations from happening.
To proceed with the return, you must send us said product to the address that we indicate to be able to assess the defect or defect. Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund made.
Please return the garment using or including its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
The reasons why a return is not allowed are the following:
- The period allowed for returns has expired.
- The garment is not in perfect condition, that is, it is worn or washed or does not come in its original packaging.
- This is a personalized garment.
